Where's the motherboard on that list?

"So is it bottlenecked?"

Yep. The Phenom should be run with DDR2-1066 RAM.

The mother board is a Msi k9a2gm
Hmm so whose performance is running low? the
processor or the ram? and what if i get
another 2 GB 800 mHZ RAM? would that help?

"The mother board is a Msi k9a2gm"

Too hard to post the exact model? There are 3 different ones...K9A2GM-FD, FK9A2GM-FIH, K9A2GM-FIH-S.

I have no idea how you have your system setup. Make sure you manually configure the BIOS for best performance...simply loading defaults is NOT the way to go. Have you considered overclocking?

The Phenom is meant to be run with DDR2-1066. I don't know why you got DDR2-800 or why you'd wanna add should have gotten DDR2-1066 in the 1st place.

Make sure you don't have a bunch of programs loading at startup & using up a lot of resources. Run MSCONFIG to disable useless programs from loading & install a cleaner such as CCleaner Slim or Glary Utilities & use them regularly to clear out the accumulated garbage & temp files. And if you're using Norton or McAfee, consider dumping it & replacing it with something more lightweight such as AVG Free or AVAST.

motherboard is a MSI K9A2GM-FIH.
And I am not an expert in setting BIOS so i
would really appreciate it if u have a guide
for me. And u didnt answer my question^^ if i
get another RAM 800 Mhz will my pc be
uncapped and giving its max?
(Note: 1066 RAMS are hardly available here-In
Egypt-and even when they are their prices are
incredibly high.)
(Another note lol :Problem isnt in the
windows at all i am 100% sure i dont even
have an antivirus. I know I am crazy but i am
cautious enough :P)
I keep forgeting just one more note :
when i am running a registry or virus scan or a game or any normal task they work at the moderate speed they should but I keep monitoring the processor's activity i find its activity 30% or something only and its response time is late for example: when i am running a game in the loading phase at its beginning there is no activity at all but still i see the download bar moving slowlyyy then after some times i start seeing full activity and it moves fast so is its response time late or is that normal???
