I dont know, but this would be an excellent test. I would LOVE to know if even the intel 950 chipset could run BF2. I know the Radeon X200 mobile cant run it but at about 2fps.
Outlander you just answerd your own question. If the X200m can only run BF2 at 2fps then surelt the GMA 950 won't even run it. The X200m is a better IGP then the GMA 950.
I just got done testing out the built-in 950 chipset and it would NOT play BF2 due to lack of hardware shader support. However I tested it out with HL2 and it worked great on HQ settings at 1024x768! I consider that to be anything above 15fps and it was between 15 to 60FPS. Not bad. If the GMA3100 has hardware support and is as fast if not faster than the 950, I would take a guess and say it is playable. The ATi Radeon X200 is not playable in HL2 in HQ. In mid quality settings, HL2 never dropped below 30FPS.
Damn you all! Now I need to pick up a GMA3100 equipped board to find out for myself!

No one is probably reading this now, but the GMA3100 scored a 499 in 3Dmark06 apparently. This would be around the score of a 5500FX so yes, the GMA3100 should be playable on low/medium settings in BF2.
