hey umm someone answer soon please but, i am using the Intel 82810E Graphics controller in my PC, which i bought second hand. i am pretty sure they installed windows xp pro on it, possibly from another xp or from 2000. i am also pretty sure it was an office computer. anyway when i try to run games or programs that require 32-bit colour, i get an error telling me i cant get 32-bit. i also cant change it to 32-bit in the desktop, 24-bit is the top i can get. so i am wondering is there a problem with my video card, or is it my driver, or is it that the 82810E cant run 32-bit? i have been pulling my hair out trying to find out why, so any advice will be much appreciated. Thanks

LOL, I believe that's an integrated video card on the motherboard. It's pretty craptastic.

Have you gone to Intel, downloaded the latest drivers, and installed them?

If you're trying to play any game with any amount of sophistication in 3d graphics, good luck with that. Recommend you get a real graphics card.

The i810/815 chipsets can't do 32 bit color. They're horrible for gaming anyway; even a PCI card would be a HUGE improvement.
