Is there anyway I can actually defrag these files? , repeated defragging dosent seem to do anything..argh I dont want my system fragmented at 25 % !!!as you can see im a bit frustrated , anyway thanks ina dvance for any help.

Couple of things you can do...
1. Get a bigger hard drive, or simply another hard drive, and move stuff over, such as Warcraft. That would help system performance quite a bit, since undoubtedly it would be a faster drive because it's a lot newer, and systems with less than half filled hard drives run faster than systems that over half of their drives filled.
2. Consolidate free space first in defrag util, THEN defrag the data.
First option is a more permanent and beneficial fix, and if you live in the US, it doesn't get much cheaper than this...

hmm k so best advice is to get another hard drive and to chuck it onto that..yeah I might have to go with that.

Actually, I would use the utilities provided with the drive and do a drive copy to the new one of everything, your OS, etc. Afterwards, you could reinstall WC onto the older drive if you want to give it it's own dedicated hard drive spindle, not sure if that would help or not, as it may run better on the new drive despite the new drive being busy with loading OS drivers, etc. Reason being is your drive is definitely gonna be significantly slower than probably any drive you can buy today, and most certainly is slower than that WD I linked you to because the WD is 7200RPM (not sure what yours is), and it has 8M cache. Why not have your OS, etc. on the faster drive?
