installation problems

hey I keep getting this message whilst trying to install games error number : 0x80040707 description DLL Func call crashed ISRT._ waiton Dialog setup will terminate any ideas? I'm really stuck any help would be most appreciated thankyou

I presume that the games that crash are all using InstallShield to install the game. Take a look at this link for more information on how to fix this: http://consumer.installshield.com/kb.asp?id=Q108167

yeah it uses install shield but checking that site my files look correct. so I'm not sure what it is
