installation error MAPS

Hi there, I have installed this on the same PC before. Unfortunately now, (after having to reinstall windows vista) the installation is coming up with D:\maps\03a_oldmombasa.map an error code then it says do I want to retry or cancel installation. Does anyone know what this is?. My poor son is frustrated. I have uninstalled and reinstalled halo 2 but it does it evewry time.

Try deleting all folders for the game. then install to C: UK MP's are thieving scumbags. EU members are worse.
