Install Shield Error 6002

When I try to install my new game "XIII" I keep getting this InstallShield Error. It says: Setup has experienced an error.
Please do the following: -Close any open programs -Empty your temporary folder -Check internet connection (Internet based setups)
Then try to run the setup again. Error Code: -6002
I have tried all of the suggestions it gave me and none of them work. Now what do I do? I am running out of hope. Please help me.

First off, try a clean reboot. Second, if you have another cd rom try to install from there. If that doesnt work call the manufacturer. I had the same problem, but since i downloaded the game i extracted the bin using isobuster to my hardrive and installed from there.
