Dude, it's called lagg. Your computer may be lagging or your internet connection.

What games?

I would start with updating all your drivers, including in particular your sound, video, and most importantly, your motherboard chipset drivers.

Next, run chkdsk on your hard drive.

Make sure you disable anything on startup that is unnecessary by running msconfig, selecting Selective startup, and uncheck anything you don't need in the startup tab.

Finally, if those don't correct it, you may want to uninstall temporarily your anti-virus software to see if that eliminates the problem.

Most latest games for example a flying game i'll be flying mid air then it will freeze next thing i'v crashed into the ground *dead* it's very frustrating. I’m kinda thinking if a lot of stuff happens on screen at once or in-game will that slow my processor thus making the game slower and freeze? ty

Specific game titles really would help a lot. Flying games could mean games from 5 years ago, or Lock On Modern Air Combat.

Irregardless, your CPU should be able to handle these games without problems, so something is wrong here.

Also, what are the specs of your computer, in particular CPU, RAM, video card, and soundcard?

Latest games arn't 5 years ago, hl2, bf2, ect ect i have norton anti-virus and there's some stuff on there it cannot remove but that shouldn't effect games should it. Is it not the problem in my last reply? cos i really have gone over everthing and that's all a can think the problem might be? old games it runs smoothly but it just seems to be games with a lot of models/textures causing my cpu to take along time to render them?
