I have low frame rate on a gaming computer

Specs: Windows Vista
Hello i have been playing wow for awhile and have never had a problem with frame rate just recently with the new patch i have been down to 20-25 even in non crowed places used to be 80 or so am running it on a Acer aspire 6920g laptop has
-intel core 1 due t8100 2.1ghz for processer
-NVIDIA Gforce 9500m gs - 512mb for graphics
-4096mb for memory
any ideas on what i can do to get it back up there really laggy and not fun to play please and thanks

disable any antivirus if you have installed before playing a game....
try installing "game booster"
it eases your cpu from other not required stresses

if your cpu is multi core then open task manager while running the game
in process tab locate the game process, right click>set affinity
then deselect everything except cpu 0..
this shifts load of all the calculations on a single core and avoids distribution of processes to different cores...

Make sure all drivers are up to date, esp the graphics.
