What is pure virtual call error. I was playing a game I d/l called Whispers:Revelation, and I got that pure virtual call errror.
I decided to reboot, to see if that would help. When it booted up, my internet wouldn't want to connect with my PC(wireless).So, I did a system restore, as I tried & tried to get it to connect. After that, it was fine. So I deleted the game.
I understand that pure virtual call, after googling it, may have something to do with a program not being written right. So, could it be that the program is not written right, so I got that error message? But, then what I also don't understand is why my internet connection got cut off.

Hi, there, just an update on my problem with my internet not wanting to connect.
Earlier, I had to reboot, and again when it booted up, my internet didn't want to connect(no network connections available). But, this time, a system restore did not help.I researched it, thank goodness my son has a PC, and I looked at my network connections, & my wireless network connection had been turned off! I'm sure it was because of that game I was playing.
Anyways, I know that is not what I asked about, although if I hadn't been able to fix it, I just may have asked about it(!), but I thought I'd let you know what else had probably happened as a result of that "pure virtual call".
