i jus got need 4 speed underground so i went to the video display optns n i couldn turn on blur or crowds or even tail light trail everything else works fine i can even run the game on high i got a geForce 4 64mb

haven't played the game, but it sounds like a limitation of your video card - if it's a geforce 4MX, this is little more than a rebadged geforce 2MX. (i.e. not very powerful). Very sneaky marketing by nVidia.
