Check the BIOS settings...you *may* have to disable the onboard video & enable the PCI as Intitial Display 1st. And of course, the monitor needs to be connected to the new card.
The 9200 is an outdated piece of crap anyway. Be glad it doesn't work. If you wanna be able to play games, return it & get something decent.
