I have this annoying problem where i port forwarded with a netgear wndr3800 and the port says Error: I could not see your service on xxx.xxx.xxx.xx on port (25565)
Reason: Connection timed out
this is on http://www.canyouseeme.org/
Does netstat -an at the command prompt show your ip address listening at port 25565 ?
In other words, is the application, that should listen to that port, running?
