✔ Best Answer
With your 250W psu, probably a HD 7750 or HD 7770 for counter strike global offensive. You should also double your memory to 4Gb.

Some graphics cards work on pcie 2.0 boards even if they were 2.1 or 3.0, if they are backwards compatible they will work.
If ur still not sure i would recommend an HD 6670 as an alternative

computers are a second home

The pci-e 3.0 card will work at pci-e 2.0 speeds. Like toxic said, the hd 6670 is also a good choice (GDDR5 flavor) and you'll save about twenty-thirty bucks.

The HD 5450 would work fine but, again, it's not a gaming card.

I get the feeling you're trying to go very low dollar. Right? Then have a look at this card.

I believe anything less than the HD 6670 (GDDR5) is going to disappoint you though. The GDDR5 memory offers a dramatic performance increase over DDR3 cards.

Go with the HD 5570 then. If you shop around for a bit, you should be able to find one for about 30 bucks.

Compare what you have and the cards we've talked about on this chart...
