You appear to have integrated graphics, the only way to change the amount of graphics memory allocated to the graphics is to go into the BIOS as far as I know but you will never be able to play more advanced games unless yo are able to add a distinct graphics card designed for gaming. List all of your specs to get any advice on this.

You don't have a graphics card, you have integrated graphics - Intel GMA 950. You can't increase dedicated memory because it has no dedicated memory, the memory is 100% shared (borrowed from system RAM). You might be able to bump up the shared amount by changing a setting in the BIOS but it will do little to improve your gaming performance. Increasing the shared memory decreases the amount available to the system so it may actually hurt performance. Do you have at least 2GB RAM?

As Fingers said, you need a gaming graphics card. Either that or stick to older games. Here's a list of games that are playable with the GMA 950 but notice the list is for WinXP:

I see Call of Duty is on the list. Make sure to dial down your game settings, it might make the game more playable. You can try updating your graphics drivers:
