How can I get my games to go full screen.... I have a game on my computer and it worked in low resolution.... so later i tried to see if i could work it in a higher resolution....when i messed with the resolution it made the screen literally 600x800 instead of stretching it out to fit my moniter.... how can i get it to stretch back out so i dont have to use a magnified glass to see it?...... also if i am to shut down my laptop completely and restart it my desktop goes to a 600x 800 size.... and the only way to make it go bak is to change the desktop settings back to a high resolution

make sure video drivers are updated.

however, i've run into this problem when gaming on laptops as well. it has to do with native resolution on an LCD. Basically, i never found a resolution - some games just won't stretch to fill the screen.

let me know if you find a way to fix this =)

acctually i figured it out.... somehow in my nividia settings where set to not scale programs unless the resolution was raised... so if you fill the bubble that says Nividia stretch to scale it will stretch the screen back to the whole moniter
