|if you have administrative access to the PC (as in, it's not a work PC), go into the Control Panel and choose Add or Remove Programs.|
On the left is a column with 4 icons, choose "Add/Remove Windows Components."
On the list that appears, highlight "Accessories and Utilities" and click "Details..."
Highlight "Games" and click "Details..." again.
put a check in the box for Freecell (and any other games you want to add). Click OK twice. Click Next, then Finish. You should now be able to access Windows games in Start, All Programs, Games. You should see it there now.
