OK, so when I run the diagnostic for direct draw and It tell me my direct 3d is not available but yet my direct draw is working fine I know my Nivida GeForce 5200 gfx card can support it so now basically where can I find a place to download direct 3d?
Direct3D is part of DX9. The problem is your crappy FX5200 which doesn't fully support DX9. Do a little googling & you'll find plenty of people with the exact same problem. Solution? Upgrade your video card.
