how do I enable DMZ??

I just saw your other thread. DO NOT enable DMZ. That removes all firewall protection your router is providing you. If you don't have a software firewall enabled, you will get hacked. Even if you do have a software firewall, you still should configure your router to forward only the necessary ports required for the apps.
Take it from someone who does networking security - if it's in a DMZ, you are accepting the fact it will get hacked.

Because someone can hack your software firewall, simple as that. If you have both, they will have to know how to hack both in most cases.
