I hope someone here can help me since 3DO went backrupt and I can not find help anywhere else. I purchased Heroes of Might and Magic 4 installed and works fine. However when I purchased HOMM IV expansion gathering Storm, and tried to install it it says the original HOMM is not installed and installation stops. I get the same problem when I try and install a downloaded patch, it says original is not installed and halts. The game is installed at C:\Program Files\3DO\Heroes of Might and Magic IV I also have had it installed at the default C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Heroes of Might and Magic IV. I changed it to 3DO after someone suggested that but no luck. Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance.

try unistalling heros of might and magic 4 then reinstall then install the expainson my best wishes good luck but before u uinstall the game make sure u beat it = ]
