Has anyone actually taken the time to really look at Doom3? Beyond the stunning graphics, the incredible bum mapping and the...lack-luster physics. I was just foolin around the other day and I shot a hanging body. Ok typical engine says "start swaying in a realistic fasion". It did but when the body stopped swaying back and forth, it literally STOPPED! It just was swaying back and forth seemingly realistic then when you would still expect the body to keep swaying it just stopped. For a better example, in your closet, sway a clothes hanger back and forth. Now when you do picture that hanger stop swaying when it still has a good amount of "sway" left in it, going back perfectly to where it started in the first place.
Next, there are a lot of repeated death sequences when you kill an enemy that has any similar shape to a human. Has anyone seen the same death sequence when the body falls backwards over in and arc shape when there's nothing for it to arc over? I see it non-stop.
And yet again, another great find. A killed zombie fell half off a cliff. Well apparenty it couldn't make up its mind to whether it would fall down or stay haning. Because it did both. The torso fell over the cliff but lower body was still on the top surface. After that, the body kept moving up and down the side of the cliff as if you could rewind and fast forward the death sequence, hanging then falling, hanging then falling.
Now unforunately I don't have any screenshots but you can play the game and hunt for any interesting anomalies or just use your imagination.

After HL2 the Doom3 physics are really...weak. Yeah, I have seen this stuff except for the cliff rolling. But if you are using cheats to see stuff 'behind the scenes' then dont tear apart the game. You wouldnt see it normally then.
Avarik ~

No this was just my own observation within the game no cheats or mods or anything. But yeah, it's upsetting. :(

Hmmm...I figured you would have played through it by now.
Anyways I did notice some of the fuzzy physics and and other anomalies which made the game less "realistic".
