Many people have this problem and i see it posted about everywhere but noone seems to have a solution.So i thought i'd try it here. the problem is everytime i start the second mission(CURTAINS DOWN)in the game after about 1 minute the game crashes to the desktop without any error showing up or anything. My graphics card is up to date and my sound card too what could be the problem?

well, the 2nd mission, in the movie teather? i just bought the game so far i think i am on the 3 mission, which is in the hospital so far so good. no crash at all. so i dont know.

o wait, what is your resolution, cuz i remember the 1st time i play the game with 1024x768 resolution, the game crash with no error right after the intro movie of the 1st level. but after i changed to 800x600, so far so good. works fine, so try this. lower the resolution.

My game never crashed on the intro of the first level tho, but now i got it, you have to change the sound settings in DXDIAG. so thats over with. It must be that the game doesnt support my sound card very well.
