Hi i currently have a 384kb per sec internet connection and when i play games i get kicked out and it says your ping is too high,,what should my ping look like during a game with the connection i have and is there anyway to loweer it ???

You need a much faster connection. I recommend at least a Cable modem...Verizon has FiberOptic now also. I haven't had the chance to try it though, as it's not available in all areas.

my ping is also super high! i have removed my norton anti-virus though, and there have been only slight improvements. i am connected on a wireless link, but that is still not the reason for my ping being thiss high. whn i go onto CS sourse online, it lags for a while, then freezes and then i get kicked by admin.

what can i do to lower my ping?

do i have to create more space on my computer by filtering what i don't need? however only 35% of space is being used....

any ideas?
