Comment: hi all, i have a problem with a driver, and im not sure what it is. i think it is my video driver but when ever i try to play bf vietnam it says that it has caught a drver attempting to corrupt my system and then has to restart. i used to be able to play it and then the problems came out of nowhere!!(or to me they did) i even restored my computer back about 2 months to when everything worked...but the problem still continues. please can someone help me because i can play some other games but all of my other ones dont wont to even go to the menu.

Reply: (edit)Virus scan your system, and make sure you patch your system using Windows Update. Past that, I'd try updating your drivers for your motherboard, sound, and video. MCSE, MCSA Messaging, baby!

Reply: (edit)do you know of any virus scanners that you know would work without me having to pay for. and any sites that you would now that would update my motherboard, sound and video drivers

Reply: (edit)Are you saying that you're running your system unprotected (no antivirus program)? http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/2/ As for the drivers, you'll have to go to the manufacturer's websites to see what's available...but you'll need to know the make model or your motherboard, sound, video card, etc
