HELP!!!
Huh this is the first message I have EVER Written On a gaming Forum:Anyway I am usually this spoiled brat who always has a laptop that can run all the top games but now my laptop is gone and i need to buy a video card.
My Question Is Can A EVGA e-GeForce 6500 Graphics Card Run BF2? If so on High, medium or low?

The geforce 6500 is just a faster version of 6200 Turbo Cache or 6200 regular.. Both have 64-bit memory interface and 4 pipelines... So you can run BF2 at low mostly and maybe you have to play at 800x600 or 640x480... If you can return the 6500, I suggest you get at least a 6600GT+ to play BF2 at medium or 7600GT+ for high setting...

40GB 5400RPM/120GB 7200RPM HD

THANKS!!

The 6500 is a low-end, budget model that uses 64-bit memory, plus it's a "turbo Cache" card, which means it "steals" system memory. Since you obviously have a PCI-E slot, I'd suggest you go for something else...there are much better cards available that don't cost all that much more. If you already have it, then "oh well...."
But to answer your question, it *should* be able to run BF2 at low settings, possibly medium, but I doubt high

It would help if we knew more about your system...there's no point in getting a high end video card if the rest of your system is crap. How much RAM does your system have? I know it's not 500GB...lol. If you meant 512MB, you should add another 512MB to bring the total to 1GB.

What GPU are you currently using (integrated or discrete)?
How much are you wanting to spend and what interface?

Geforce 7600GT for ~150... Check on www.newegg.com.
