who told u to disable it from device manager?
i clearly said bios and yes of course there is a bios setup when the system bootsup keep tapping the F2 key until ur in.
what u did is uninstall the driver for ur intel card. go to device manager and refresh the page and install the driver again, then restart system and go to bios disable intel graphics and then log in to windows, download nvidia's latest driver
http://www.geforce.com/Drivers
install then restart and ur good

edit: if u already have nvidia driver installed, go to the control panel and set the graphics card processor as nvidia not intel
to do that right click on desktop then nvidia control panel then manage 3D settings and select the processor it is usually auto select but u do the selection for better results

Trust me I have tried the f2 in the begining but it doesnt have any bios option there, m not able to change it from there, also I have already changed the settings for Nvidia but still not able to work out the dedicated vram option to 128mb, I went to the nvidia site earlier as well and it has this driver "Verde 285.62" should I install it? My laptop is brand new and updated and this is an october version.

When you looked in Device Manager, was the NVIDIA graphics listed? It appears that you have your system setup to use the Intel Sandy Bridge graphics rather than the integrated NVIDIA graphics. Read your manual or check the Dell site.

The problem with PES 2012 is it can't detect the shared memory used by intel intergrated. It only detect 64mb of vram because that amount isn't stolen from main memory.
This is not a laptop or nvidia optimus tech fault, this is a PES problem.
To solve this problem try to download the latest PES 2012 patch.

Did u purchase the game or download it from torrents?

Edit:
Did u try this?
NVIDIA settings > 3D Settings > Manage 3D Settings > and change the preferred graphics processor to the High Performance Nvidia one

u ll ve 2 options----->intel HD and Nvidia........
if the run by processor option is missing,, try installing Nvidia drivers 1st
run the game by the above method, it ll run successfully with full HD or high reso settings
