I personally cant wait for Halo 3, yes Halo 2 is amazing and i play it most nights but in saying that the way that Halo 2 finishes is set out to make the gamer feel like they cant wait for Halo 3. However i personally have been told that it will be 2006 release date and might even come as a package with the X box 3 as well as Half Life 2. WHO CARES ABOUT DOOM 3, and the february 9th release date as you mentioned, it isn't for halo 3 as far as we know. it never said it was for halo 3. You can see the february 9th thing if you beat halo 2 on legendary, and sit through the credits. it will be at the bottom at the end of the credits. the february 9th thing could be for the first wave of online downloadable content. Bungie also stated that Halo 3 wouldn't be their next project, however,i've been doin some research and they said that when they were working on Halo 2, they were also working on Halo 3. So which one is it bungie??!! And how come me, a thirteen year old, knows more than half the other people here?!!!! and learn how to spell, please.

Hey i have seen alot of talk about halo 3 all over the web but i still don't have any proof. It would be great for the third and i'm still siresly involved in halo 2. Every one says that there is a third but i'm not confinced until i see some proof,a video or somethin from bungie but untill then i have no reason to believe that there is a third coming!

From the Limited Collector's Edtion Disc... it seems very much so that halo 3 will be released, nobody knows when because first it would be stupid to release the 3rd game on feb 9th of 2005 right after the second game came out,2-if they wanna make some more money, they would release it with xbox 2, 3-when i was watching the special DVD disc, they left out soooooo much stuff in halo 2 they say that i saw them "X"ing out ideas and drawings that they will definetly put in halo 3 also almost everybody was saying "...if we had more time..." and they were saying that we have to finish this game and release it with what we got so far cuz the fans r yelling, screaming, waiting for it to come...and they're not gonna make the same mistake by telling us when halo 3 will be released untill a few months before it ships, they are going to finish the third and final game with all the stuff they left out from halo 2-all the ideas, great cinamatics,much more. and ofcourse they are going to release halo 3 when the first 2 had so many big hits, so much money, leaving a big cliffhanger and not wanting to satisfy the fans by not making halo 3? Bungie is much smarter than that.

seriously the frebruary ninth thing at the end of the credits is b*llsh*t i've beaten the game on legendary multiple times and looked carefully. I even filmed it and tried looking but there's no such message. whoever started that is a liar

I think it would be too long if we waited until next year. Iwould rather that it would come out Febuary 9, 2005. Iwould think it would come out this year so that people won'lt have to wait if they beat the game already. Another reason is you can play both games you would just have to beat the second game first.Then people won't have to wine so much that halo3 isn't out yet . So make the game and release it this year.

Yer i completed Halo 2 on legendary and i didnt c no february 9th thing and again i looked at the credits its not there go complete it on the hardest mode and you'll c. I do this an anoucement will come up on feb 9th because if u go to www.ilovebees.com u will c a website with a countdown timer. if u work it out that time stops on the 9th of february 2533. 2533 is roughly the time of the actuall game era on halo' hint hint' Now what do u think bout that!!!!! ya i cant wait until halo3 cause halo2 just sucks halo1 was so much better we actually had life not just a shield and the weapons were so much better but halo2 does have better graphics and it is cool that u can hijack stuff but thats all thats good about halo2
