Halo 2 help! Vorbisfile,ogg error

I have all of the necessary dll files to run halo 2 such as vorbisfile and ogg, but whenever I try to open it says "The VORBISFILE.DLL file is linked to missing export OGG.DLL:ogg_stream_reset_serialno." I don't understand what this means I don't know why it isn't working. Please help! It would greatly be appreciated. thanks
