alright, heres whats up! i spent hours trying to get the HLDS to work and i finally did it! then i had a problem... its come up using protocol 47. all my friends use protocol 46 and i have connected to quite a few DS that use that protocol. how do i get my HLDS on prot 46 without having to update to 47 to get past the "MasterRequestRestart" message?

-forgive my noobness-

I solved the problem!
protocol 47 is the steam porto
protocol 46 is non-steam

you have to find the HLDS that is non-nonsteam online to use prot0 46

I lost all the links i was using because i went through about 100 webpages but look for these files.

Linux:
hlds_l_3111_full.bin
cs_15_full.tar.gz
