hey i was wondering if i could run half life 2 with these specs:

Intel pentium 4 1.7Ghz
Sapphire radeon X700 256mb
ram: 1024
asus motherboard P4S333. is this enough info?? and i got more than enough with hd space.

You'll be able to play it nicely. At 800x600 and high detail I'd say. I had a Sempron 2400+, 512 ram, and a radeon 9200SE (the worse card of history) and I played it at 800x600 with medium -high details and even 4x anitrosopic filtering enabled. I don't know at which framerate it worked but it was pretty descent. Only in one very heavy episode I had to turn anitrosopic filtering off in order to have a descent framerate. Half-life 2 runs well on older systems, in yours it will work more than fine. Due to your processor you can't expect higher than 800x600, but expect graphics options turned on and high detail and all.
