Half Life 2 Problem

The lips of the characters are not moving. they speak and everything else is fine but the lips don't move at all. How can I fix that problem?

Here are my specs. This lips not moving problem is very annoying, really pulls you out of the game.

Pentium 4 2.8Ghz
1GB DDR400
Radeon 9700 64MB
40GB Fujitsu

Have you try to update your graphic card's driver from dell? What DirectX rendering method are you using for HL2? Is it DX8 or Dx9?

DirectX 9. Yah I'll try to find an updated driver. I recently formatted and just found and downloaded the first driver I found with Dell.

update graph card, or simply buy a new one, game should run great with FX5200, which is @ 40$(30Euro)in my country (Holland)
