Ok so i finally reach black mesa east, after traversing all those canals and sewers I get scanned, then the pretty docter takes to the elevator talking her head off and then she stops as the elevator opens and thats it she's there looking at me, the elevator door is open but thats it. She steers at me what next? She is frozen but her eyes follow me and I cannot use the elevator controls. Help!!!!!!!!!!! Far Cry, Doom 3, Unreal Tournament 2004, Grand Prix 4

Quite a few people have had problems with the scripted A.I not loading correctly. You just have to go to an old save point and try again. I haven't had any problems like these though and I went through the game twice. Are you using cheats? They can cause this to happen sometimes. I did reload from the next previuos save point... possibly if I reload from further back... does Steam know about this, can I get a fix from them? Far Cry, Doom 3, Unreal Tournament 2004, Grand Prix 4

Quick question here, Did anyone else feel queazy during the sewer canal passage level or am I just plain squeamish, am being serious here because I played that part two nights in a row in a very dark room and I suffered nausea both nights. -- Always do what you are afraid to do --

I played the game twice on both normal and hard difficulty settings without using any cheats and it runs perfectly. Some cases do happens like the AI just stared at me like doll. This happens when i reload the savegame after quitting. What i do is i reinstall the game and runs the game again. Then the game runs fine. It did stress me a lot to reinstall the game just to make the AI works but if u want to play the game u have to do it no matter what. The game should not have any problem as it delays for such a long time. i got ths prob, this is wot i did: as SOON as she stops talking press the quick save button, then load tht quick save and it should work, :) i dont know if you'v had your problem already done but this is just in case. this worked for me and should work for you
