media center pc,(replacing the old GF4 MX440
64MB DDR)an ATi X1650 pro 256MB DDR2...
All games work better,except some.I can't run
Crysis ,F.E.A.R. 2 and GTA:SA. The card has
PS/VS3.0 .This games should work as they
work on my other 7300GT 256 card.In crysis
and GTA:SA the game looks like it's without
objects or textures, but you can see the
minimap and particles, and they lag more than
they should. In FEAR 2 it looks like an PS

Both Crysis and F.E.A.R. 2 require a 3 GHz CPU and at least 1 GB of RAM (1.5 GB for VISTA/7), but you only have 0.64 GB of RAM which is not enough.

RAM will not effect video quality. It will only cause studdering due to memory swaps between virtual and physical RAM.

ATi cards are known for their less than lack luster drivers. With one game a certain driver version will work, with another game, you will have to swap drivers to get the game to work correctly.

Ditch the ATi card and buy an Nvidia.
