i got GTA2. when i open the GTA2 manager, it says: Grand Theft Auto 2 has a known compatibility issue with this version of Windows. For an update that is compatible with this version of Windows, contact TAKE2interactive. i click continue. when i try to run it from the manager(pretty much the setup options right before the game), nothing happens. but when i open the game straight from the directory, it says: C:\Program Files\GTA2\gta2.exe is not a valid Win32 application. The thing is when i install the game, it asks me to install directX 6. even if i choose the option to install it even though we're at 9.0 these days, it wont downgrade to 6. The compatibility option dont help at all either. I'm emailing Take2 to see if they could help me. Is there anyone that's had luck with getting this to work on XP?
