Hi.
I asked earlier about a graphix problem on GTA San Andreas.http://computing.net/cgi-bin/mycomputingread.pl?3
As i got very little help here, i asked in someone elses forum and i got an help right away.
Solution to anyone else who experience that the game is running very very sloooooowww :
Turn off sound acceleration in Directx settings.
After i done that, my game runs smooth.
How ?
Press start button, bottom left, then press run, write dxdiag and press enter.
On the menu that appears, press on sound and there you turn off acceleration.
All my games runs now just fine, and why i need acceleration on the sound i don't know, because i'm having no trouble with sound/music !Hope this helps all with the same problem !!!
:-)

Is there any indication that this was because of the game, windows, or maybe your sound drivers?
Normally, this is a bug with the game or a particular sound card or a particular sound card driver.
Might help others who have this issue if you could post your sound card and what drivers you know had the problem, patch level of the game, DX version, etc.
Thanks for stopping by and providing the solution for you. It would be great to provide a little more help with the above info for others.
