Comment: hey guys, i've installed GTA SA already, i've played it for a long time now. but suddenly i cant seem to start the game anymore. i double click the application, the hour glass turns up, and then dissapears as if nothing had happened. whats the possible problem here ppl??

Reply: (edit)try reinstalling the game. ive had the same prob. or update ur driver. or maybe u dont have enuf ram but for now reinstall. or disable ur virus protection stuff. it may shut the game down. try disable then play if it dont work then reinstall and if it dont work after reinstalling turn off the virus protection after uve reinstalled it.

Reply: (edit)This happened to me as well. Just restarted the computer took the DVD out and put it back in and it worked fine. --------------------

Reply: (edit)If those dont work, try goin into your GTA user files (usually in your documents and settings\My Documents folder) and deleting the gta_sa.set file. worked like a charm for me.. and no it doesnt erase your saved games.
