I can play the game fine, but whenever I walk into the floppy disk to save the game, or if I sometimes hit escape to go to the menu, the game crashes (ie screen goes black and I have to manually turn off the computer). Any ideas on how to fix this?

twistofmatt let ppl do what they wanna do,and if i use a no cd crack on my games, guess what... that's my choice no wrong in protecting cd or dvd media, that's a decision consumers need to make for themselves.and rax,you don't uninstall a crack you delete the crack then reinstall the whole game.gta sa costs me 58.00 brand new and my version is the one that you can install the hot coffee mod on,the 2nd version rockstar released patched up the hot coffee mod.and yes i use no cd cracks on my games, does that make me a pirate if i use no cd cracks ???? didn't
think so,just trying to protect my orginal cd's dvd's from wear & tear scratches...etc..

The game dvd is illegal, the nocd crack is the only illegal part...

BTW it works fine, lowered the resolution.

dim03 what's this supposed to mean

It's an *ahem* acquired version, and it is using a nocd crack (DVD version BTW)

read the rules of this website before posting any requests for anything involving pirated programs,dim03 you just admitted in post 8 that the game dvd is illegal, now you're saying it's a legal copy...what gives ? i use no cd cracks with my original games doesn't make them illegal, because i have all the original reciepts for all my pc games i own.

yes, fire is right. using no-cd is not illegal, as long as you own the game.

thanks for backing up my statement rax,you just
gotta be very weary of who you're helping, some will try to manipulate and bend the rules, to their own tastes,so to speak.
if he wants a good quality product,go buy it like the rest of do.i use no cd cracks on my games,to prevent wear and tear and no scratches on my cd's...because if i ever uninstall the game i want to be able to reinstall it witout cd errors popping up left and right.

no cd cracks are legal as long as you own the game, that's why i use them.i would much rather use a no cd crack rather than running the risk of running into cd errors.
