GTA IV works fine with Win7 x64.

"it has on board intel card 256mb"

Ouch. You'll have to run the game at a low resolution with the detail level turned way down.

" i am downloading 13GB GTA 4 game"

Hopefully from a service like Steam...

U wont play it well even if all settings are low. Adding 2gb ram wont improve anything in gaming. What u need is a real gaming system.

Gta can use about 1.5gb of video ram. intell card with 256mb suck. Basically your comp wont be able to give you more then 15 fps. That not enough if your getting shoot at. it plays poor with less then 4 gigs of ram. Needs atleast a duely if not a quad core. It eats my i7 pretty well. Gta is arguably more needy then crysis when it comes to specs. Also it cranks ur gfx tot he max the whoel time even if your standing still with no movement. That will heat up your intell ship probably until it crashes. So no, GTA4 is not the kinda game you want to skimp on the specs for.
