Here's a few clips from a review of the game:

"While the PC version of GRAW offers the most impressive and expansive campaign, the extreme system requirements and multiplayer headaches make this tactical shooter feel rougher around the edges than it should."

"....there's more interactivity to the world and flexibility with the tactical map, which gives you more precise control over your teammates. Unfortunately, all this added immersion comes at a heavy price, as playing the game is sure to put a strain on even the highest-spec machines. Barely make the minimum requirements? Don't even think of picking this game up, unless you're satisfied with big compromises in lighting, texture quality, and frame rate."

"Load times can be an issue depending on your system--on our test rig, it took close to a minute to get back into the game. To get the most out of GRAW, you'll want to have a pretty decked-out machine."

You system meets the requirements but your video card is on the low end. The following site should help you determine if your system can handle it or not:

I play GRAW regularly. If you want any more advanced graphics features, trust me, time to upgrade your graphics card. A buddy of mine runs it on an Athlon 64 3000, gig of RAM, and a 9800 Pro, and he just complains most of the time how bad it runs. LOL...

I'd also get another gig of RAM. GRAW will crash if you have any scarcity whatsoever of RAM. It's a good game, but expect the game to crash if your system is stressed.

Don't forget you will probably need to upgrade your power supply to run any graphics card that's a worthy upgrade over your 9600 Pro.

I'd take a look at the X1600 series Radeons, and the Geforce 7600GT. With your processor, I don't see a point of going beyond that.

Honestly, with your current system and just those upgrsdes, you'd be fine with a 420W.

And don't get a 512M card. 256M is fine.

Get a reputable brand PSU. Recommended brands: Thermaltake, OCZ, Antec TruePower series (SmartPower suck!), Enermax, PC Power and Cooling, there are others I just can't think of off the top of my head. Generally speaking, if it comes in a case, it's probably not very good.
