basically, when i start to play a game withing 10 minutes the screen turns green and the computer either freezes or just plays sounds. i have recently had my computer completely rebooted to try and solve the problem but it has not worked. when using anything else apart from a game there is no problems at all. i thought it may have been from over heating possibly or the graphics card is failing? any help would be much appreciated

I'd have to suspect either an underperforming power supply or overheating; but.

What is your graphics card? What is your power supply and amperage on the +12v rail(s)? What motherboard/processor or is it a manufactured system? Any recent changes to the system?

You give no information whatsoever and we can't give an answer that is better than a general guess unless we have that information.
