Can anyone tell me how easy it is to swap my current card(ati9200) with say, a 6600gt(reccomended to me here). I mean what problems am i likely to see. Its been a long time since i swapped a card out, and then it was just a straight swap.but even then i had lots of probs at first, for instance the pc though i had 2 monitors attached and so the display only filled half the screen. I'm hoping to avoid this type of problem if possible. Thx.

Before you pull the old card out, go to control panel/system/device manager and uninstall it.
Then shut your machine down, pull the old card out, put the new one in and turn your computer back on. Windows will tell you that a new device has been found and will ask for the location of the drivers CD.
Problems you could get:
Old drivers not completely removed.

Thx Snoopy, I think thats what i did wrong last time, I didn't uninstall the old card first, I just swapped it out.
Do you forsee any issues going from ATI to Nvidia?So long, and thanks for all the fish!
