I had a question, I want to buy the AIW 9800, but the requirements as far as power goes, say 300W, I did some checking and my PSU unit is 295. Will those 5W make a difference? i have a dvdburner, dvd-rom, floppy, 200gb hd, and a webcam hooked up as far as powered. would the 5W make a difference? are there any other BETTER cards out there which have the all in one function? thx for the help.

I'd go with a separate TV tuner (like one from Hauppauge) because it has hardware encoding. All the encoding for the AIWs is done with software (which means it will slow your computer down a lot). So just get the separate card and 9800 Pro (not the AIW).
Alert me after you respond otherwise I'll forget to come back.

As long as you remove the old tuner card when you install the new graphics card your power supply should be fine.
