Ok, I've ben searching the web for a few days trying to find out what good RPG's there are that you can play either Online or Both Online & Offline. IF ANYONE KNOWS OF ANY THAT YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY MONTHLY I WILL BE VERY APPRECIATED.

runescape is free, but is has very low quality graphics www.runescape.com. as far as monthly fees go check out everquest or any of the other games sony has to offer. but be warned these games can be very time consuming and addictive. www.station.sony.com

I play world of warcraft and just put up with paying for it... you could try guildwars, ive been told that its quite good with no monthly fees.

Tibia at www.tibia.com can be played as a free account. As with Runescape, the graphics is poor. You can choose a world of PVP or NON-PVP.

I am a paying member of runescape, and while the graphics may be "poor" they are good enough for being free. members runescape is only five dollars a month and non members is free, of course. try it.
