Does anyone know an afforable and good graphics card that can work for the Sims 2 Pets, also if there are beter computers/laptops that are good for the sims 2 if you could point them out that would be helpful too. Please tell me if computer or laptop, what type (like dell, gateway like that) and what also if you are pointing out the graphics card could also give me either an amount or a price range for the card. We'd really need to know more about your system to be able to help you out. Pappy posted the minimum requirements, but if you want the game to run well, you should get something better than just the minimum.

What's the model number of your Compaq? If you post that, someone will be able to look up the specs. We need to know the CPU, amount of RAM, current video card, & what video upgrade slot (standard PCI, AGP or PCI-express) you have available.
