My advice to you is as follows: Liquid cooling is mostly a way to make a lot of money selling it. THere is not a segnificent diference between that and normal fans. Being who I am and not having that much money to spend on hardware and such, I would recomend you save your mone and buy something like a hard-drive or a useful piece of hardware. Hi, i just spent $200(CAD) dollars for a ThermalTake VA3000SWA Tsunami Dream Tower, Silver w/ Window. It's a very nice case, But thinking back, i rather spend that money on something more useful, like upgrading some parts for gaming, or just grab a couple games to play. How much is that KOOLANCE PC720? It seems like a neat case, But what's wrong with the one you're using? =P

Coolmaster Cavalier. I know it's not the cheapest but.. WOW.. what a case (see link below) I have the all black version and it doesn't just look cool, it is cool.
