As far as i no it does support Dx9 and it will definately run Vice city, and should run NFS but im doubtful on halo..

You mite also want some more ram that 256mb

I feel sorry for anybody who has a 9200 SE. It does NOT have Dx9/Dx9.b support, and its performance is similar to a Geforce 2.
