Comment:

So i recently bought a laptop which is Intel Pentium dual core with 1g ram and 250 mb graphic card.OK, whenever i play WOW i get this really bad fps 10-20, this never happened in my old computer which specs were not better than this.Ive tried ending some unused processes but still the same, i don't know why but vista i think uses way to much memory, for goodness sake it is running 60 processes, However xp uses 40 processes. I don't know is it because of vista or is it something else. I need your help!

The L300 is a business laptop, not a gamer. It has weak Intel GMA X3100 graphics which are not good for gaming. The frame rates that you're getting are normal for what you have. Set the game settings as low as they'll go. And do yourself a favor....get more RAM.

But anyway, let's try to improve it. :)
It could give some fps. First of all, if you're using it as a gamer laptop, then there some things you don't need. Then again, if you're using it as a superuser machine, you got a problem.

60 processes isn't needed for run vista, and 40 is much for an xp. :)
If you're planning to use it as a gamer laptop, kill everything which isn't windows. Even your laptop moniters, you don't need it play with the power on.

OK ill buy more ram and end unused processes.Ive heard that you need at least 2g memory to support vista. So i think Vista is using too much of my memory so it is making it have low fps, 1g memory more should be just fine.:)

No, you have a weak video card. More RAM will help Vista to run better but without a decent video card, your gaming performance (frame rates) won't improve much. As I said, your laptop is NOT a gamer.
