Comment: This game is starting to irritate me alot... I can't seem to finish a certain level/map in the game. I have gotten through several levels with only a couple of crashes. But this level I'm on now it crashes every time before I can finish. I have thoroughly checked my hardware and it is fine. I have tried several configurations of RAM. 1 stick, 2 sticks, different sticks. I either get a crsh bad to windows indicating a serious error, from overheated hardware or virus, or I get a BSOD. All with different eroor codes, no consistency or correlation to one another. My hardware is fine, it is compatible with every other piece of hardware I have. This is a fairly new build. only a few months old. I have played with video aperature size, pagefile size, the settings of the Game. I have installed the latest patch for the game. I have become completely convinced this is a software issue. Does anyone know if EA is planning on fixing this or if there is a work around? Thanks.

Reply: (edit)Have you tried it WITHOUT the patch? I've had no trouble at all with Zero Hour, and I've never patched it. Have you tried uninstalling Both Generals and Zero Hour, then reinstalling? No need to worry about savegames as they're kept in your documents folder.
