Comment: Hi there. I recently reinstalled windows on my comp. Now that its reinstalled, i installed the latest drivers and directx 9.0b for my nvidia geforce mx 440 w/ agp 8x video card. However, it is running rather slowly. When i run dxdiag, the agp texture acceleration button is grayed out. How can i enable this? Please give detailed instructions. Thanks a lot Bobby

Reply: (edit)i don't think mx440 support 9.0dx :/ .. any how try this oc your card lil bit by using coolbits ! do it lil by lil .. don't go over too much ! mosty mx440 are 250/375 make it 270/390 and try if its still slow & choppy go lil bit down ! make sure you have cooling fan on that GPU heatsink won't hold ! also try to uninstall 9.0dx & get 8.0 then try it -QuIk Abit NF7-S 2.0 Mobile 2500+ @ 2.5.3ghz 40c Idel 66c Full Load!
