Reply: (edit)I've recommended the Radeon 9550 128MB/128-bit card many times, but I don't recall ever recommending the FX5500, especially the 256MB version! Tell your friend to get the latest Catalyst drivers, then download ATiTool & increase the GPU core from 250MHz to 325MHz. http://www.tweaktown.com/document.php?dType=article&dId=649 http://www.computing.net/gaming/wwwboard/forum/4957.html ASUS A7N8X-X Athlon XP 1800+ 8.5 x 200MHz 1024MB PC3200 2.5-3-3-7 Asus A9550GE/TD 128MB WinME/WinXP Pro SP1
